For orders over 20m² your tiles will be shipped on a pallet. If access to your property is restricted (narrow lane, gravel driveway etc.) please let us know using the 'special delivery instructions' box so that we can advise the transport company. Smaller vehicle deliveries may incur additional courier charges, which we can confirm once we hear back from the courier. If you would like to discuss beforehand, please call us on 01582 310 705. Please note, pallet deliveries are curbside only. It is your responsibility to move or unload the pallet into your home.
